Laurie has worked in the Club industry for 25 years with 15 of those spent as Director of Human Resources. Her passion is connecting with others, not only to problem solve, but also to be that professional therapist we all need at times. With extensive experience in executive coaching, she will help develop tools for your unique needs and goals. Laurie joined Tandem Club Partners to help people in the club industry, and other areas of hospitality, keep all the balls in the air that we are constantly juggling each day. From working through staffing shortages to fulfilling Board needs, or just getting all the egos out of the way to open the door for collaboration and synergy, Laurie can create a program specific to your needs. The hardest part of management, as any good manager will tell you, is managing people. With anxiety and mental health issues on the rise, performance stress, change fatigue and the fallout from the pandemic, connecting with everyone on your team in a significant way is important now more than ever.
